Hamberger Moor, 2017

After centuries of development of peat depostits and destruction of the moors, some small rests of the moors have survived near Bremen. The Hamberger Moor is an important habitat for many plants and animals and it stores large amounts of CO2! Naturefund is standing up to preserve the nature of the moor in the long term.
