Naturefund, together with the Naturstiftung David wants to purchase and protect 140.000 m² of ancient beech forest in Thuringia. It is one of the few undivided areas of forest in Germany, which has only been partially deforested since the Middle Ages. There is a forest, which experts claim is the closest to being a natural virgin forest. Wild cats and red deer find natural habitats here. Please help us in saving this unique area of beech forest.
