getenergy GmbH, together with Naturefund, wants to prevent climate change and damage being done to the variety of the species. 

On Earth Day, getenergy started the project 'energynatur'. With 'energynatur', the company would like to make it easier for trade and industry clients to change to green energy. In a transparent overview, the costs and also the positive effects on the climate of each green energy provider will be shown. In addition, for every consumption of over 100,000 kwh per year, getenergy, in co-operation with Naturefund, protects one square metre of land for nature. 

Oliver Bieker, Managing Director of getenergy GmbH, explains: "We're excited that with the energynatur project, we are able to make our own contribution to achieving a sustainable improvement of the climate balance. Through energynatur, together with our clients and with Naturefund e. V.,  we can protect endangered habitat."
